Project Description:
Our team created a prototype of an orally dissolving film that is meant to be loaded with a prescription drug to dissolve and distribute medication through the oral submucosa in under 30 seconds. Initial prototyping efforts focused around an anti-psychotic drug called Asenapine, with hopes to expand to other drugs in the future.
