Project Description:
For our project, we improved upon a design for a platform that is capable of loading a manual wheelchair and allows the user to operate the platform as if it were a motorized wheelchair. The purpose of this project is to allow individuals with low motor functions to independently learn the basics of operating a motorized wheelchair in a simple and affordable manner.
