Project Description:
The goal of the project is to design and implement a motor mount for a new cylindrical motor in the Shell Eco-Marathon Urban Concept vehicle for the American Society of Mechanical Engineers club at Oregon State University. The three main customer requirements were that it held the motor securely, fit in the already existing chassis of the vehicle and that the motor was easily insertable and removable from the mount.
