Your team’s participation in the Expo will include the following:

  2. Select one team member to be your team captain or coordinator.
  3. If you are participating in the June 9 in-person Expo component, all members of your team should watch the Expo project team member orientation video. We recommend that all team members watch the video before your teams proceeds with the remaining items on this list. Teams participating only in the Virtual Expo component do not need to watch the video.
  4. Your team captain/coordinator will need to complete the project registration form by April 14 at 12 p.m.
  5. If your team is participating in the June 9 in-person Expo component, your team will need to create a digital project display poster file, using an official Expo template, and your team captain/coordinator must submit it for printing by May 15 at 11:59 p.m. Your poster will be printed for you and you’ll pick it up before the Expo (see #8 below).
  6. All team captain/coordinators must complete a Virtual Expo display page upload form by May 19 at 12 p.m.
  7. If your team is participating in the June 9 in-person Expo component, a few weeks before the Expo, your team captain/coordinator will receive an email with a draft of the Expo program and layout map. Your team should review the draft for accuracy.
  8. If your team is participating in the June 9 in-person Expo component, your team captain/coordinator must pick up your poster from Covell Hall 117 on June 5, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. No appointment necessary.
  9. If your team is participating in the June 9 in-person Expo component, arrive at the Expo at 8:30 a.m. on June 9, report to your assigned info booth (you will receive an info booth assignment via email) and set up your project display. Your team name tags will be at your display table. If you complete your setup early, you're welcome to leave and come back.  Your team must be completely set up and ready to interact with visitors by 10:30 a.m. and you must have one team member at your table at all times until 4 p.m.
