Team Kinetic’s primary goal is to create an open source construction manual that simplifies the building process for innovation STEM projects. Our Manual focuses on being simple to understand, using affordable materials featuring good designs, and core STEM principles. Lastly, the project will construct a kinetic sculpture that displays a key principle of STEM that will hopefully inspire future generations. The team decided on the development of two different kinetic sculptures: Magnetic die and Maglev device. Both of these products utilize magnetism as their core principle with a twist to create a simple and elegant look.
