Before the Expo
- Before proceeding with registration, etc.: Watch the Expo project team member orientation video (not required for teams participating in only the Virtual Expo component).
- April 14, 12 p.m.: Deadline to register your capstone team for the Expo (must be completed by your team caption/coordinator).
- May 15, 11:59 p.m.: Deadline to submit your team's project poster for printing (must be submitted by your team captain/coordinator).
- May 19, 12 p.m.: Deadline to complete your team's Virtual Expo display page form (must be be completed by your team captain/coordinator).
- June 5: Pick up your project poster from Covell Hall 117, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. (must be completed by your team captain/coordinator).
On the day of the Expo (June 9)
- 8:30 a.m.: Arrive at your assigned Expo info table to check in (your info table assignment will be emailed to you prior to the event)
- 8:30-10:30 a.m.: Set up your project display
- 10:30 a.m.: Be ready for the event to open to the public
- 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Expo open to the public. At least one member of your team must be at your display table at all times.
- 4:15 p.m.: Industry Choice Awards Ceremony and Expo Reception, open to all students and attendees; Student Experience Center Plaza, next to Memorial Union
