Requirements to participate in the in-person Expo component:
  • Designate a team captain/coordinator.
  • Receive approval for your project from your capstone instructor.
  • All members of your project team should watch the Expo project team orientation video before completing further steps.
  • Complete your project registration by April 14 at 12 p.m. (must be completed by team captain/coordinator).
  • Create a project poster file using the appropriate template.
  • Submit your poster file for printing by May 15 at 11:49 p.m. (must be completed by team captain/coordinator).
  • Complete the Virtual Expo project display page form by May 19 at 12 p.m. (must be completed by team captain/coordinator) (this is require for all Expo teams).
  • Pick up your printed poster at Covell Hall 117 on June 5 (must be completed by your team captain/coordinator).
  • Arrive at the Expo by 8:30 a.m. on June 9, and be completely ready for the Expo public opening by 10:30 a.m. Your display table must be attended by at least one team member from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Requirements to participate in ONLY the Virtual Expo component:
  • Obtain approval from your capstone instructor to participate in only the Virtual Expo component.
  • Complete your project registration by April 14 at 12 p.m. (must be completed by team captain/coordinator).
  • Complete the Virtual Expo project display page form by May 15 at 12 p.m. (must be completed by team captain/coordinator).
  • The Virtual Expo component does not include live Zoom chat rooms. Once you've completed your virtual project display upload form, you are done, unless event management contacts you with requested edits to your project display page.
