Project Description:

This is a 3D game that replicates the immersion and challenge of real-life escape rooms in a video game format to make the escape room experience accessible to all from the comfort of their own homes. It is a first-person, single-player game with a time challenge. The theme of the escape room is an Egyptian tomb. There are three unique rooms that you must complete in order. Each room is complete with its own unique design and puzzles to be solved before you are able to escape. Some puzzles are physics-based, and some build on each other. There is an inventory system and objects that can be picked up, dropped, and used to interact with the world. There are also environmental objects in the game that can be interacted with. There are also splash screens, a start menu, and in-game menus. The game is complete with sound effects, cinematics, and a pleasing and cohesive visual style. The game can be played as a Windows executable.

ATTENTION: It is always more fun to play a game than it is to read or watch a video about one. So please try my free demo available on itch.io through the project website link.
