Project Description:
The Crestop Well of the Lakedale Utility District has been restricted in its use due to trace measurements of iron, manganese and hydrogen sulfide. Our project will provide a sustainable treatment design that removes for iron and manganese, decreases hydrogen sulfide, and limits disinfection byproducts. We will prioritize use of existing infrastructure to minimize consumption and waste of resources (chemical, maintenance, power, and monitoring) for the proposed pilot design.
