Project Description:
The project is to create an underwater metal detector that can distinguish between metals and is usable in a freshwater river. Our project involves creating a metal detector that can compete with other detectors out in the market currently. The main parts it requires are a signal generator and a double D coil pattern for transmitting and receiving signals created from certain metals as well as an analog circuit that can analyze these signals for discerning between precious metals like gold.
