Project Description:
The goal of this capstone project was to provide a cohesive design solution for the proposed construction of Oregon State University's HMSC Housing Complex. The site is located in Newport, OR, and aims to foster OSU's relationship with the coastal community. Acting as the engineers for this project, group OH4 was responsible for producing design solutions in the following disciplines:
- Geotechnical Engineering
- Structural Engineering
- Water Resources
- Lighting Design
