Project Description:
The project is an Agricultural Complex being built for Chemeketa Community College emphasizing natural elements while providing a long lasting design. The new campus addition aims to expand the community college’s capacity to meet the training needs of farms and nurseries in Oregon. The Chemeketa Agricultural Complex, a one-story 12,200 square foot building, will add three classrooms to the campus and will serve as the agricultural education hub. The building will feature a steel roof frame, a steel lateral frame, an innovative lighting design, and multiple methods of storm water treatment and storage.
