Project Description: 

The project objective is to design precooler for National Renewable Energy Labs heavy duty vehicle hydrogen fueling station test bed. The precooler needs to be able to take hydrogen at a wide range of temperatures and pressures, and output it at the SAE J2601 standard for H70 hydrogen at the T20, T30, and T40 benchmarks. This will allow the fueling station to test a wide range of fueling systems and tanks at consistent, adjustable settings
